Qualified electronic signature
Filings with the Commercial Register, tax office and insurers on your behalf.
We hold a qualified electronic signature, so we submit filings to the authorities on your behalf. You do not need to visit the tax office, the insurance authorities or the Commercial Register.
What we file with it
- income tax and value added tax returns
- control statements and EC sales lists
- monthly filings for the Social Insurance Agency and health insurers
- employee registrations and deregistrations
- applications for entry and changes in the Commercial Register
- filing of annual accounts with the Register of Financial Statements
Why it matters
Most filings must now be made electronically. Without a qualified signature you would need an ID card with a chip, a card reader, the relevant software and an activated electronic mailbox — and you would have to operate all of it yourself for every single filing.
With a power of attorney we do it for you. You receive confirmation of delivery for every submission.
How it works in practice
At the start of our cooperation you sign a power of attorney for the tax office and the insurance authorities. That is the only visit we need — everything after that is handled electronically.
We also monitor your electronic mailbox and alert you to incoming decisions. Delivery to the mailbox takes effect even if you never open it, and deadlines run from delivery.
Pricing
For clients whose books we keep, filings are included in the monthly fee and are not billed separately. Standalone filings for others are priced by scope.
