This page explains what data the website collects about you, why, and how long it is kept.

Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we store the following:
- your name
- your email address
- phone number and company name, if you provide them
- the subject and body of your message
- IP address, browser type and the page you came from
Why: so that we can reply and prepare a quotation. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract if you decide to proceed.
How long: we keep messages for three years from the last communication. If no engagement begins, we will delete them earlier on request.
Technical data: we store the IP address and browser to protect the form from abuse. They are deleted automatically after sixty days.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. This tool does not use cookies and does not build a visitor profile. It collects only aggregate data on page views, country and device type — with no way to link it to an individual.
That is precisely why this site has no intrusive cookie banner. We do not need one, because we do not track you.
Cookies
The site sets a single cookie, and only in two cases:
- when you open the contact form — it protects the form from third-party abuse
- when you log in to the administration — it keeps you signed in
This cookie is strictly necessary, is not used for tracking, and expires when you close the browser or after two hours of inactivity.
Security logs
The site records attempts at unauthorised access to the administration, including the IP address. This serves solely to protect against attacks. Passwords from such attempts are not stored in readable form — we keep only a hash and the length, which is enough to recognise an automated attack without creating a list of real passwords. Logs are deleted after ninety days.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your data or provide it for marketing purposes. Access is limited to:
- the hosting provider on whose servers the site runs
- Cloudflare, which provides protection against attacks and faster loading
Both process the data on our instructions and are bound by a data processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you
- request its correction or erasure
- restrict or object to its processing
- receive it in a portable format
- lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic
