What to tell us
So that we can reply with a firm price rather than a general phrase, it helps if your message states the legal form, roughly how many documents you have per month and how many employees. If you do not know one of these, that is fine — we will fill it in over the phone.
When we reply
We answer messages within one working day. If you write over the weekend, we will be in touch on Monday. A firm price follows within two working days of our having the details we need.
We do not send sales offers and we do not call repeatedly. If we do not reach an agreement, that is the end of it.
The first consultation
The first meeting or call is free and without commitment. We go through what your business does, what obligations apply and what would work out best for you. Even if you decide otherwise in the end, you leave with a clear picture of what lies ahead.
Where to find us
Our registered office is in Košeca and our office is in Červený Kameň. We can arrange a meeting at either, or come to you — in the Ilava district and the surrounding area that is routine.
With clients further away we work electronically. Thanks to the qualified electronic signature this places no limit on the scope or speed of the work.
