Books can be brought back in order even when they are months or years
    behind. We complete the missing periods, correct the errors and return the
    company to a state that will survive an audit.


When reconstruction is needed


    Companies usually come to us in one of three situations. The previous
    accountant ended the engagement and left the records unfinished. The owner
    kept the books personally and fell behind. Or a notice of a tax audit
    arrived and it turned out the records were not in order.



    In all three cases the same applies — the sooner it is addressed, the less
    it costs. Penalties for late filing grow over time and some deadlines
    cannot be recovered at all.


How we proceed


    First we establish the actual position. We review what has been recorded,
    what is missing and which returns have been filed. That produces a summary
    showing the scope of work involved and what is at stake if nothing is done.



    We then complete the missing periods, correct incorrectly recorded items and
    file supplementary tax returns where needed. A voluntary supplementary
    return is almost always better than the same error found by an auditor.



    Finally we move the company into normal ongoing bookkeeping so the situation
    does not repeat.


Incomplete documents


    Missing documents can largely be traced — from bank statements, from the
    supplier's VAT records, from correspondence with trading partners. Whatever
    cannot be traced, we assess and explain what it means for tax.


Pricing


    We set the price only after establishing the actual scope. The initial
    assessment is free and without commitment — it is what determines how much
    work is involved and what it will cost.

### Účtovníctvo mám zanedbané roky. Dá sa to ešte zachrániť?

Áno. Doplníme chýbajúce obdobia, opravíme chyby a podáme dodatočné priznania. Čím skôr sa to začne riešiť, tým menej to stojí.

### Chýbajú mi doklady. Čo s tým?

Veľkú časť vieme dohľadať z bankových výpisov, z evidencie dane na strane dodávateľa a z komunikácie s partnermi. Zvyšok posúdime a povieme daňový dopad.

### Koľko to bude stáť?

Cenu určíme až po zistení skutočného rozsahu. Prvotné posúdenie stavu je bezplatné a nezáväzné.

### Hrozí mi pokuta?

Za oneskorené podania áno a sankcie rastú s časom. Dobrovoľné dodatočné priznanie je však takmer vždy výhodnejšie než to isté zistené kontrolou.
